To better illustrate the relationship between the various branches and
offices, this chart utilizes arrows. It may seem confusing or complex, in which case it's important to read the individual
arrows and see how it flows. In the tricolor box that says Every Branch, Office and Committee, that's a way to avoid
drawing an arrow to each and every other box. That's used for administration and oversight, both of which cover the
whole organization.
This chart may be a little overhwelming or difficult to understand, but
it shows the basic working relationship of the coalition.

Whatever proportions these crimes finally assumed, it became evident
to all who investigated them that they had started from small beginnings. The beginnings at first were merely a subtle shift
in emphasis in basic attitude, basic in the euthanasia movement, that there is such a thing as a life not worthy to be lived.
